Totem Coworking: a website that books, charges and opens the door

Client. Totem is a coworking and office space in central Chișinău, at 6 Decebal Boulevard, next to Valea Trandafirilor park. It offers hot desks and dedicated desks, private offices, five meeting rooms, a conference hall, phone booths, a lounge and a café. Members have access 24/7.

The challenge. Totem needed more than a brochure site. Freelancers, teams and visitors from abroad had to be able to see what’s free, choose dates and a desk, and pay in a few minutes, without calling reception. Members needed their own account. The Totem team wanted fewer manual bookings and spreadsheets, and prices that calculate themselves.

What we did. Loop handled the project end to end: UX and UI design, a custom booking engine, a member dashboard, online payments and a multilingual front end.

Results - Customers can book and pay online 24/7, without waiting for reception. - The site handles availability, pricing and payment, so the team can focus on the community. - Door access is tied to paid service automatically, with no keys to hand out. - Clear, transparent prices build trust, and gentle nudges encourage longer stays. - Visitors can use the site in their own language, including expats and international guests.
